Donation & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Pacos Rescue Network. This policy explains how donations made through PayPal or Venmo are handled.
1. How donations are processed
Donations are made directly through PayPal or Venmo. These providers process your payment and send you a transaction receipt. PACOS never receives or stores your card or bank details.
2. Refunds
Donations are generally non-refundable because they are put to work caring for animals quickly. If you made a mistake — such as a wrong amount or a duplicate donation — email info@pacosrescuenetwork.org within 30 days with the date, amount and the name on the transaction. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.
3. Recurring donations
If you set up a recurring gift, you can cancel it at any time in your PayPal or Venmo account, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future payments; payments already made are covered by section 2.
4. Tax acknowledgments
Pacos Rescue Network is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 82-0960882). Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. For a written acknowledgment, email us with your donation details. If a donation is refunded, it is no longer tax-deductible.
